Clean room and bathroom, normal size, with air-conditionning (need one in Veracruz!) and tv. Nice little swimming pool open until 9pm. Quiet hotel (no noise from other rooms) well situated (5mins walking from the port and the Zocalo).
The personal of the Hotel couldn't situate their hotel on the map...Had to pay once arriving at the hotel, wasn't really sure if I was charged twice (with Booked.net and with the hotel)

Friends recommended the hotel and at the price it is excellent and not to long a walk to places you want to go or a $25 mex taxi. I can't see anything wrong with it,for the money good value. Free Parking in the garage was very handy

Clean and modern hotel with a lovely pool/bar area. The staff was polite and friendly, making our romantic escape enjoyable. The in-room WIFI and satellite TV kept us entertained during our downtime. The hotel's location was perfect, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We especially enjoyed being a short walk away from the waterfront, which offered beautiful views and a calming atmosphere.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The breakfast buffet at the onsite restaurant was not to our liking, as the menu was hit or miss.

Great Location, Well-maintained rooms
Spent the New Year's eve here and it was fantastic. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. They even provided us with extra pillows and blankets. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool on the rooftop with towels provided. The restaurant food was decent and reasonably priced. a great experience!
There was no free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was not ideal for young travelers. The A/C was quite effective, but was quite noisy at times, which can be disturbing at night.
